A large pipe was being loaded on a truck driver\u2019s trailer at a yard to which he had been dispatched. The yard employees who were loading the pipe lost control of it during the loading process, and it rolled over the truck driver. The driver\u2019s pelvis was crushed, and he suffered internal injuries.<\/p>\n
