Drospirenone is the principle ingredient in the drug YAZ. YAZ is an oral birth control pill manufactured by Bayer. Marketed as a fourth-generation birth control pill, it was presented by Bayer as a safe drug that could also be used to treat acne and headaches<\/strong>.
