January 13, 2019 – 3:05 pm: An unidentified 35-year-old man on a motorcycle was killed in a crash that took place on the North Freeway on Sunday afternoon. He was hospitalized, but died shortly after arriving there.
The crash took place on the 2500 block of Interstate 45, in the area of Main Street.
The man was headed south on the entrance ramp to I-45 when he hit a red Toyota that was also headed southbound. News reports do not specify the nature of the man’s injuries, but they state that he was taken to the hospital and died soon afterward.
Police have not commented on the cause of the accident. There is no mention of whether weather conditions or intoxication could have contributed to the crash.
The identity of the motorcyclist killed in the crash has not been released at this time. It will probably be released as soon as police have identified the man’s next of kin and proper arrangements have been made.
