The accident took place near the intersection of Anderson Mill Road and FM 620 in Austin.
The woman faces critical injuries, but the children were both transported from the scene with non-life-threatening injuries. All three of them are currently at Round Rock Medical Center.
As of 5:47 P.M. on Wednesday, the scene of the accident was still blocked off so a helicopter could come and transport victims from the scene.
